Merry Christmas 2019!!

Dear Family and Friends,

Christmas greetings to everyone!

Another year flies by as our kids grow taller and I grow grayer. Besides that we’ve had another great year with lots of happenings and things to be grateful for.

The biggest news that most of you have heard is Janaye and Jonnavin’s engagement at Christmas last year. They are getting married in July 2020!  They will both finish up college in May and then on to life together.

Eric is now a freshman at Niwot High School. He competed on the Freshman and JV soccer teams this last Fall and is currently working out in Boulder twice a week with the track team. I’m anxious to see his high jumping and hurdling skills this season after some proper coaching since he won both events at district last season without really going to practices (he skipped them for soccer practice).

Alex finished up his senior year of cross country with the team winning Conference and Regionals and making it to State. He’s doing pre-season track workouts (like his brother) but he’s more of a middle to long distance runner. His You-Tube channel (Z3cubing) hit 200,000 subscribers this year and he’s also now an official Eagle Scout.  He’s still hanging in there as number 1 in his class academically and plans to hold on to that title through graduation.  Fingers are crossed!

Janaye is busy making those big plans for July and finishing up school.  She was just hired as an intern with an Engineering company in Fort Collins where she can work next semester and possibly continue on full time after graduation – who knows!

Michelle and I have been busy trying to finish up ongoing remodel projects (so we can start a half dozen more!). The kitchen is done, the dining room addition is done and the deck just needs some stairs. So now we are painting walls and trim and on to stair and bathroom design, etc……

As always, to see a few pictures from the past year, click on the “2019 in Review-Picture Gallery” link above and check ’em out!!  And if you want, scroll all the way to the bottom of this page and leave us a note to let us know you stopped by – Thanks!

We wish you a joyous Christmas season!  God bless you all!!

PS–I laughed at the one of Michelle opening her Mother’s Day gifts with such sweet joy and the boys looking less than excited =). Could have been a photo of us with different faces!
