  1. Happy Birthday Michelle! It’s been a long time, but I see you’ve been busy raising your family. TIme does fly. Monday is Sharlie’s birthday too. She’s turning 20. She’s a junior at CU and studying Integrated Physiology. Nic just graduated from Colorado School of Mines and is moving to S.C. to work at Flour. Dave is working at Amgen and I’m working at Angevine Middle School in Lafayatte. Can’t believe it’s been about 19 years since we met….. Amazing. Have a wonderful celebration on the 18th!!
    Cheers!

  3. Happy Birthday Michelle, Wow! 50 years sounds so young. I am so happy to know you as a sister in law and wish you a very happy birthday and hope to see you soon. Marianne

  4. Our whole family has been blessed by knowing your family. In the crazy lives we lead as busy working moms, we don’t have a lot of free time (HA) but I have always enjoyed the times we get together or have a chance to talk for a while. Thanks for making your home so open to our kids, too. (I think they love it there more than their own home sometimes!) I’m very blessed to have you as a friend. Pam =^)

  5. Hi Michelle – wishing you a very happy birthday. So nice to hear from Dan about your pending 50th. I was thinking about you the other day. Had many nice summers with the water ski gang. I can tell by your photos that you are happy and doing well. Jeny and I are doing fine. Enjoy your bday. Big hug Paul

  13. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Michelle! It takes about half-a-century to sort out the BS and the ES (essential stuff). Now that you have grown to wisdom and maturity, you can start going slowly the other way toward the goal we all share: fun and frolic in retirement.

    Love,

    –PJ

  14. Happy Birthday Michelle! I just can’t believe my beautiful first born daughter is turning 50. (This makes me older than I like to admit!) The memory of seeing and holding you for the first time is forever embedded in my heart as are all the memories of your childhood and growing up years. You have become more beautiful with each year. I am so proud of who you are and the amazing woman you have become. I pray the coming years will continue to bring you many blessings, joy and laughter as this is what you have brought into my life. I thank the Lord every day that you are my loving daughter. I love you sooooooo much. and I’m sending lots of hugs and kisses to you too. Mom xo

Congratulations on turing 50 and still looking AMAZING! Even though we don’t get to see each other very often, I love it when we do. It is so great how we can pick up right where we left off. You are a gift as a friend. Enjoy your day and year!

  22. Dear Michelle,
I’m so blessed to know you as a friend. You always have a kind word, and sweet spirit that makes me love to be around you. What an amazing, inspirational, interesting, and beautiful person you are. After talking to you (which is not often enough), I’m challenged to be a better person. Happy Birthday, and BTW, you are way too young to be 50! Hope your day is extra blessed!
    DeAndrea (and the Arndt family)

  26. Happy Birthday, Michelle!

Wishing we could be part of your Birthday celebration! Fifty years old…hard to believe! Living so far away, we don’t often get to be there for major events, but we fondly remember your 33rd here in Louisiana. Three cakes at the party in our backyard…your Birthday Cake, a Father’s Day Cake and leftover Wedding Cake .
We were so happy to have you here sharing your day with us then. Wish we could be there with you today. Have a wonderful Birthday! Love, Jeanette

  27. Michelle,
Have a GREAT 50th Birthday! Hard to believe we are 50 now, it seems we should still be in college and headed to Lake Don Pedro for the weekend. Great to see pictures of you and your family. You all look terrific and happy. What more can you ask for.

We all wish you the very best for a terrific Birthday!

Jim, Laurel, Sean and Matt Depolo

  28. Hi Michelle! Well it has been a long time since the Otsuka days. Imagine my surprise when a postcard showed up to wish you a happy 50th! Last time we talked, Janaye wasn’t even thinking about iPODS or facebook and the boys were definitely not skiing! I’m glad things have worked out so well over the years for you. I’d love to catch up so drop me a line when you can, but most importantly, enjoy your day! Robyn Kahn

  29. Happy big fifty your only as old as you feel and you must be really only twenty something. You are such a sweet person, I hope you have a wonderful day. Love ya Sandy

You’ve got so much of which to be proud for the first half of your life – your family and friends, your home, your career. You’re amazing!! Well, now – welcome to the next half and enjoy yourself.
Hope we’ll be seeing you soon. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, happy day, happy year, happy life!
Love, Aunt Pam (and Uncle Bill)
